If your maintenance issue is an emergency then it must be reported by phone as soon as possible.

Circumstances considered as 'emergency' are as follows;

- A leak that cannot be contained by catching the escaping water and are causing damage to the property

- Fire

- Smell Gas

- No access to the property

- Property not secure or inaccessible

- Issue is dangerous or could potentially cause harm
